As of September 30, 2025, our monthly rental rates are $400 for a non-lake view site and $450 for a lake view site. Enjoy your stay with a view!

Domesticated pets such as dogs and cats are welcome at the RV park. However, they must be up-to-date on their vaccines, stay inside your RV and be on a leash if walking in the park. You must pick up after your pet.

Each site is equipped with its own electrical meter. Meters are read once per month, and each site is billed for its electrical usage in addition to the monthly rent.

We also collect an initial $250 electrical deposit upon checking that will be returned to you when you check out, minus the remaining electrical usage. We do not upcharge and just pass through the electrical costs for your site.

We don't provide free public Wifi, but cell phone signals are strong throughout the park. Feel free to use your phone for Wifi access or bring your own Starlink or wireless service. Stay connected your way!

Yes, we have two laundry rooms for your convenience – one at the front and one at the back of the park. They're free to use for our guests. Just a small favor: please keep them clean and tidy for everyone to enjoy!
